Privacy

Short version: I keep what you send, I use it to do the work you paid for, and I don't sell it. The longer version is below.

Who I am

ibuildmvps.co.uk is run by one person through a UK limited company. If you need the registered details for an invoice or contract, ask and I'll send them.

What I collect

• Fit Check submissions. Name, email, and the answers you write into the form. Stored so I can read them and reply.
• Email correspondence. Whatever you send. Treated like any other professional email.
• Billing details. Handled by Stripe and my accountant. I see invoice line items and your billing address; I do not see your card numbers.
• Server logs. Standard request logs (IP, user agent, requested page) retained for 30 days for security and debugging. Not joined to any other data.

What I don't collect

No advertising trackers, no social pixels, no analytics scripts, no cross-site cookies. I don't sell or share your information. I don't use your idea for marketing without explicit, written permission.

What I do with your idea

The information you share about your idea is used to deliver the Blueprint or the Sprint, and for nothing else. I treat unsolicited ideas as confidential by default. I'll sign a reasonable mutual NDA once there's something concrete to discuss, but the absence of one doesn't change how I handle your information.

How long I keep it

Fit Check submissions: 12 months, then deleted. Active client work: kept for the duration of the engagement plus seven years for accounting purposes. Email: retained until manually deleted. Analytics: aggregated, no personally identifying record.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct, or delete the data I hold about you. Email hello@ibuildmvps.co.uk and I'll reply within a working week. There's no charge for these requests.

Changes

If this policy changes meaningfully, I'll update the date at the top and, for active clients, send a one-line note by email.
